Since the COVID-19 outbreak, we have moved quickly to protect the health of our staff and customers, while activating our business contingency plan to avoid disruption to our services. Our digitalisation efforts in recent years, to move our customers to digital channels and enable our employees to work remotely, have helped us adapt fast. Here is our response to COVID-19.
